William retired in 1998 as a Senior Special Agent with the United States customs services. His 35 years of law enforcement career included 8 ½ years as a Phoenix Police Officer. After retirement he started the WJL Investigators as a Licensed Private Investigations Agency. He became a Process Server in 2002 and also operated a statewide street society corporation for a Professional Security Guard Company. In 2005 he and members of his family formed Copper state legal Services Inc, to specialize in difficult papers from the court. Bill has been active with the Tempe Sunrise Kiwanis since 1980, here he served as President, Secretary, and is the current Immediate President. He is also the coordinator for the Western National Shoot for the National Muzzle loading Association; this is an annual event held at Ben Avery t the end of February and attracts 300 competitors.
