Ryan Reinhold was Constable in 1976 and is “happy
to be back again”. He took time off as Constable
when he was elected as a Justice of the Peace (JP)
for Navajo County. He retied after 22 years as judge;
was appointed in 2003 and elected Constable in 2004.
He serves Precinct Six, which included the White Mountains
communities of: Pinetop, Lakeside, White river, and
Fort Apache. Before retiring as a judge, he was on
the faculty at the National Judicial College at the
University of Nevada and at the Institute of Court
Management in Denver. Ryan served as judge in 19 different
Arizona courts and four Indian tribal courts.
Mr. Reinhold was born in Phoenix and graduated from
California State University; and served in the United
States Marine Corps Reserves. He worked as a glazier,
a land surveyor, a news reporter, and a retail storeowner
in Pinetop.
Ryan has served as President of the Rotary Club of
the White Mountains; President of the Pinetop-Lakeside
chamber of Commerce; President of the Pinetop Lions
Club; and Chairman of the Boy Scouts of America White
Mountains District. He is an Elder in the Presbyterian
Church in Pinetop and Vice-President of the Blue Ridge
Scholarship Fund. He also served as the District Chairman Boy Scouts of America. He was the past Assistant Governor Rotary Club International, and the Board Chairman for Blue Ridge Scholarship fund.
Ryan has been married to Lorinda Skousen since 1976.
Their son Kent is a lieutenant in the United States
Coast Guard and their daughter Britni is a senior
at the University of Arizona. Ryan is proud to be
a Constable and a member of the Arizona Constables
State Association.
