Robert was born in Copper Creek, AZ, on July 27,1936. He graduated in 1955 from Hayden High School. From 1955-1966 Robert attended University of Arizona. There he studied Electrical Engineering, History of great American West, and Semantics. From 1957-1998 he worked for Magma Copper/ BHP Copper Company in the Electrical Department. In 1966,1968,and 1969 he was an Instructor of Electrical/Electronics at central Arizona College. In 1967 he was the police Commissioner in the town of Mammoth, AZ. Robert was elected for his 1st term as constable in 1998, and is now serving his 3rd term.
