Phil Freestone has served as south
Mesa/Gilbert Constable since June of 2003. He has
also served as a Legislative aid at the Arizona House
of Representative during the 1997-1998 session. Phil
has assisted in various campaigns for elections such
as; Tom Freestone for Congress in 1993, and Harrell
Boyster for Justice of the peace in 2004.
Mr. Freestone worked for a company
named Community Psychology Education Services-support
staff for the mentally disabled. He has been enrolled
in Landmark Education and will compete the Landmark
“curriculum for living” on May 11th 2005.
He will also be completing a two-year degree in the
summer of 2005.
