Philip Hazlett was elected to the
North Valley justice Precinct Constable Office in
1998, and has served in that capacity since 1999.
Prior to serving in the north Valley Precinct Philip
was appointed to the Glendale Justice Precinct where
he served until 1998. Phil has also served on the
Executive board of the Arizona Constable State Associations
for the last 4 years.
Before becoming a Constable, Phil
served in the United States Marine Corps from 1970
to 1974, and is a Vietnam Veteran. Phil has worked
as a law enforcement and Firefighter ranger with the
National Forest Services, as well as a Detention Officer
with both the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office and
Scottsdale Police Department.
