Linda is a law Enforcement Professional with over 32 years of experience with the Coconino Sheriff’s Office. She moved to Northern Arizona in 1969. She and her husband Peter, have 3 sons, 1 daughter and 9 grandchildren.
Linda’s career started in August 1994 as a patrol deputy. She also worked as a jail deputy and a dispatcher. In 1983 she became the Civil Deputy for Coconino County where she worked until she retired in June 2006 to run for Coconino County Constable.
Her training includes, but is not limited to Customer Service, Drug & Alcohol Awareness, Search Warrants, Self Defensive Tactics for law Enforcement, Women Executives in Law Enforcement, Constable training, Civil Process schools, Controlling Violent Subjects, and Firearm training.
She is a Sunday school teacher and active Hope Community Church, the President of a Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, the security of the Fraternal Order of Police lodge # 13, a member of the Arizona Constable’s Associations, and is listed in Strathmore’s Who’s Who.
Linda wrote a Civil Training Manual that has been used in many Sheriff’s Offices in the state of Arizona and has taught many civil procedures classes to police departments and Sheriff’s substations in Coconino County.
