Jesse E Bolinger is a third generation Arizonian.
He was born and raised in the Globe-Miami area, which
is located in the Southern Gila County. Mr. Bolinger
was honorably discharged from the United States Army
in 1972. He then worked as a reserved Police Officer
from 1972-1974. In 1974 he joined the Globe Police
Department as a full-time officer. After serving many
year different capacities he retired in July 1996
with the rank of Captain and serving as the Assistant
Chief of police.
Mr. Bolinger attended Eastern Arizona College, Gila
Pueblo Campus in Globe where he received an Associates
Degree in Justice Administration. Mr. Bolinger was
appointed to the position of Constable in January
1997, and has won two elections, one in 1998 and the
other in 2002.
