George is married and has two daughters. George was in the Air Force and served 4 years, while reaching the rank of Sgt. In 1972 he received honorable discharge. Upon discharge he started working at the Pima County Juvenile Court Center. Here he served as a Detention Officers, and then became a Probation Officers. He retired from Pima County Juvenile Court Center in January of 2005.
After 32 years he has volunteered coaching at the High School football, basketball, and softball teams. He has also volunteered with Pima County, working with T-Ball, and Girls Jr. High teams. George has been involved in several committees in the community. He was then elected to Constable in January 2007.
