Colette Philip was born and raised in the Middle
East. She settled in Tucson, Arizona almost twenty
years ago. Her experience has varied over the years
but has always maintained an interest in the political
arena. She was elected Constable in 2004, after working
as a Deputy Constable in Tucson.
In addition to being a Constable, Ms. Philip is the
proud mother of a sixteen-year-old Taylor who is a
sophomore and honor student as Sabino High School.
Ms. Philip volunteers at local elementary schools,
and has been involved in many community activities.
